All items on this website are designed and handmade by me if nothing else is clearly stated. Please read and follow the caring instructions that are included with each product.

CUSTOM MADE

If you find a bracelet that you like, but the size doesn’t fit you or it’s sold out, feel free to contact me! I sometimes make custom made items, but delivery times may then vary. Also please note that extra costs may be added depending available material, etcetera.

PAYMENT

Currency on the English version of studiomars.se is set in Euro (€). In the checkout you are able to choose between three payment options: PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards (powered by PayPal), and Direct bank transfer to my bank account in Nordea Bank, Sweden.

If you choose PayPal, please note that my PayPal address is order @ marieapril3.com, and the prefix on your payment will be “STUDIOMARS-“.

Swedish customers may also use Swish as payment option. In order to use Swish, please contact me first at info @ studiomars.se for further information.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent by PostNord, Sweden. Trackable ID will be available. Items will be sent within two days after payment has cleared. (Note that for custom made items delivery times may vary.)

Delivery restrictions currently apply to the following countries:

• August 24th, 2025: PostNord announces the temporary pause on postal shipments containing goods to the United States and Puerto Rico, effective from August 23, following a recent change in the customs and tariffs rules for the U.S., eliminating the De Minimis exemption for inbound goods. Read more.
• Due to the war in Ukraine shipping is not available to Russia and Belarus. Delivery restrictions also apply to Afghanistan, Bolivia, Haiti, Honduras, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Mauretania, Mayotte, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin (French region), Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Wallis and Futuna.

If you’re country is not listed among those with restrictions, but still does not show up in the checkout, please contact me.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Any additional costs that could possibly be charged the buyer, as import fees, customs, local VAT, etcetera will be on behalf of the buyer. I will not be held responsible for that.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for orders overestimating a total price of SEK 400:- (approximately € 35). Should you want to return your product, please contact me as soon as possible. You must return the product in its original condition within 14 days from delivery, and all return costs are paid by the buyer. As soon as I receive the product in return, I will issue a refund. Please note that returns are not accepted for custom made items!

If you for some reason immediately regret your purchase, before I have purchased postage and sent your order, I will refund what you have paid except for the fee charged by PayPal for a transaction (currently 4.99% of the total amount + SEK 4.09, which at present equals approximately € 0.4.)
